New Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) 2005

The new Fire and Safety order was introduced under the Regulatory Reform Order 2005. It replaced all previous fire legislation. Fire Certificates are no longer issued and those that were in force are now redundant. Each Company is now responsible for their own Fire & Safety. The Employer of the Company or the R.P. Responsible Person must insure that a Fire Risk Assessment is carried out regardless to the site of the company or the risk. The Risk Assessment will determine if your premises is up to current legislation.
